Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1¾C Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¼t Salt
  • 1T Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • 1t Sugar
  • 2C Milk
  • 2T Butter melted

Directions

  • Beat Eggs and Vanilla in a large bowl, add Milk and mix well
  • Mix dry ingredients in small bowl
  • Slowly add dry ingredients to wet - insure no flour clumps at all, mix quickly as you add
  • Add the melted butter after dry ingredients have been added
