Great sandwich bread!

Ingredients

  • 2c Flour
  • 1T Flax Seeds
  • ½c Oatmeal (instant is fine but rolled is best)
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1½T Dry Milk or ¼c Milk (note: subtract this amount from water)
  • 1½T butter (or ½T butter + 1T of Honey + 1T of Applesauce)
  • 2T Molasses or Sorgham
  • 2T Potato Fakes (for moistness)
  • 1T Gluten (not required but definitely helps the bread rise)
  • 1¼c Warm Water (note: if using Milk (not dry milk) then use only 1c Water)
  • 1⅔t Dry Yeast

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients
  2. Add wet ingredients

Makes a medium size loaf of bread perfect for sandwiches.

Add fruit at the raisin beep (appx 75 minutes in) if you so choose.
